Shalimar is a classic DeCesari Shipyard gentleman yacht. Three cabins sleeping 7 people in total + 2 crew separately it is a very comfortable family boat as well as a convenient accommodation for charter guest. 

Its twin Aifo engines deliver a fuel consumption of less than 150lt/hour which makes it a relatively inexpensive boat to run for its size and having less than 600hr of operations on the engine we believe the new owner will enjoy 1000 more hours before needed to overhaul them. The boat is currently owned by a family who owns a hotel on the Aeolian island and occasionally charter the vessel to guests with their own crew. It is currently in working condition and it is currently in working order and showing guests a good time around the Aeolian Islands in Sicily, Italy. The vessel does not have air conditioning units but can be installed and could be powered by the current generator that has plenty of power to sustain it. The kitchen is very well equipped and the vessel has an indoor access to the flybridge not common to find in vessels under 30 meters. The vessel is equipped with a hydraulic Besenzoni gangway and davit for hauling and launching the dinghy and it use to have a jet sky on the flybridge that was hauled and launched by the same Besenzoni davit. 

The ship could use a refit. Activities: repaint the hull, small infiltration at the bridge step and overhaul of the oil system, the throttle (cables) systems, small carpentry. The vessel interior appears with some personal belongings of the current owner (such as the horn shaped lamp and the living room coffee table, and movie-director chair on flybridge which shall be purchased separately from the auction).
